To ensure a fair, safe and enjoyable visitor experience, a QR code queuing system will be in place for entry to the POP-UP:
1. Visitors upon arrival at POP-UP can join the queue by scanning the QR code at the front of the store
2. You will receive a ticket number where you are able to leave the queue without losing your place in line
3. We will notify you when it is almost your turn so you can rejoin the queue. Please note that you may lose your position in the queue if you fail to return in a timely manner
4. Please present your ticket number to our friendly queue staff and they will assist you with entry
1. POP-UP Management may set a maximum number of visitors allowed inside the POP-UP to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone
2. For the safety of visitors and staff, CCTV will be in operation at all times
3. Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings. POP-UP management will not be responsible for any loss, damage and/or theft
4. POP-UP management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or ask any person to leave the premises for engaging in any behaviours deemed disorderly or inappropriate
By entering BTS POP UP : SPACE OF BTS Melbourne, all visitors are agreeable to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. No food, drinks or pets are allowed in the POP-UP
2. For the safety of visitors and staff, CCTV will be in operation at all times
3. Please be responsible for your own personal belongings and well-being while you are inside of the POP-UP. Management will not be responsible for any loss, damages, theft or injury
4. Photography and videography for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed on in advance may be restricted
5. We may take pictures and videos inside the POP-UP and these may be uploaded through HYBE and Tomo Group’s social channels. We seek your kind understanding. Please let us know if you do not wish to be featured
6. Visitors must strictly follow and comply with the admission and any COVID-19 guidelines in place at the time of your visit
7. It is a condition of entry that, if requested by our security or staff, you present any bags, parcels or prams for inspection before leaving the store. Thank you in advance
8. Any decision from the POP-UP’s management team is final

Sales Policy Notice:
● Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under general circumstances
● You will be asked by our cashier staff to check your items prior to payment
● Payments can be made via cash or card (surcharges for card payments may apply)
● Certain items in store are limited and may be sold out early. Where a faulty item is required to be exchanged, please understand that the original item may be out of stock. If this is the case, you will be offered a refund or a replacement for another product(s) up to the value of the product being exchanged
Refund Policy:
● Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund or replacement on change of minds
● Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt
● If the faulty product you need to exchange is out of stock or not available, you will be offered a refund or a replacement for another product(s) up to the value of the product being exchanged
● An exchange or refund may be refused where: 1) Items show signs of use or wear by buyer 2) Signs of fault caused by buyer
